When you register your interest, request a quote, or book a service, we may collect: your name; email address and/or phone number; suburb or service address; which plan or service you're interested in, and details like number of bins; any other information you choose to include, such as notes about your enquiry.
If you submit an enquiry through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, your responses are collected and shared with us by Meta Platforms, Inc. Meta's own privacy policy governs how they handle that information before it reaches us — see facebook.com/privacy/policy.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and get you booked in for a service.
- To schedule and deliver bin cleaning, including photo confirmation of completed cleans.
- To send you updates about your booking, such as reminders or service changes.
- To understand demand for our services across different suburbs, so we can plan where and when we operate.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Who we share it with
We only share your information where necessary to run our business, including with:
- Payment processors, if you pay for a service online.
- Meta Platforms, Inc., when you submit an enquiry through a Facebook or Instagram form.
- Service providers who help us operate, such as scheduling or communication tools.
We don't share your details with anyone else for their own marketing purposes.

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure, including limiting access to those who need it to run the business. We keep your details only as long as needed to provide our services or as required by law.
